  • 8th graders interested in joining the HS cheer team need to check in with their WIN teacher and then report to the office during WIN Wednesday to learn more about this opportunity.


  • Email was sent to Parents last night as a reminder to Order Your 

Middle School  Yearbook.  This is an legit email - Order now, no 

Extra’s will be ordered.


  • BRING ‘EM IN, BRING ‘EM IN!

Change Wars is on! The event began on Valentine's Day, February 14th, and will go through Saint Paddy's Day (March 17th) - add coins to your jar and cash to other Advisories’ jars! Your advisory can win DONUTS if you get the most coins for the week.  


  • Allies meeting grades 6-8 Thursday during WIN in the library


  • Colorguard Clinic is coming!!! Learn to spin a flag, toss a rifle. Sign up sheets are in the library and MS office and are due March 17.


  • Library Badges - If a student forgets their badge, we will send them to get it.  Those badges need to be ready to be used on the bus.

  • Thinking about a summer job? NATS Detasseling opens their applications up on March 1 for the summer 2023 detasseling season. 

    • Information is on a poster hanging outside of Mrs. Sobotka’s office.

    • You have to be 13 by July 1. 

    • Great way to make money as a MS student!

End of the Quarter - March 9th - Are you prepared?

  1. Have you checked PowerSchool?

    1. Do you have any missing assignments?

    2. If so, work on them during Advisory, WIN, extra time in class, and each night to get them completed.

    3. If so and you don’t know how to complete them - ask your teacher for the directions again!

  2. Have you made arrangements to retake assignments/tests with your teacher?

  3. If you have questions about assignments, have you asked your teacher?

  4. Does your grade reflect what you know? And, are you doing what you need to do as a student in your classes?
