How to build a positive habit in 5 steps….according to Science and CNN Health!
What 4th quarter goal could you create to finish this school year the best you can?
Set a specific goal. What do you want to do?
Create a plan to meet your goal - what are you going to do, when are you going to do it, how are you going to do it, etc.
Make it fun to repeat! Repetition is the key to forming a habit!
Be flexible - vary up when you do something and for how long - it will help you keep interested in meeting your goal.
Find someone to support you! We are strongly influenced by those around us - which friend or adult would help you stay on the right track to reach your goal?
