Any 7th grade volleyball players who missed the player meeting this morning should come talk to Coach Appleby in Room 401. First day of practice will be Monday August 15th at 6:30am in the HS South Gym.
Last year's Yearbooks will be delivered to you sometime next week.
There are no more to purchase.
7th and 8th grade football players, please fill out the google form that was emailed to you. We will meet after school in the commons for checkout.
School Pictures are set for Wednesday, August 24th.
We will start right after Advisory Attendance and be done by Noon
Remember to not wear white and look your best
Pre-Order Packets will be distributed before that week
There will be a makeup date of Thursday, Oct. 21st
Reminder to be On Time each morning and to each class.
Tardies will be kept track of and the Tardy Policy will be in effect.
The Daily Bulletin will be emailed to you each and every school day.
Remind your parents that it is also posted on the Norris Middle School
Website for their viewing. There is no Thursday Folder.
If playing a sport (7th & 8th Graders) the following forms are due in the office before you can practice:
Physical
NSAA Form
Concussion Form
$50 (You will receive your Activity Pass with this payment)
As a 7th Grader you must have a current Physical on file whether playing a sport or not. Dated after May 1st, 2022.
If you are not playing a sport, 6th - 8th graders are eligible to purchase an Activity Pass for $30. This pass will get you into MS & HS non-tournament games at no cost.
REMINDER: CELL PHONES & ALL OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE TO BE OFF AND IN YOUR LOCKER. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CELL PHONE POLICY!
Your Locker Locks are to remain on your locker and locked. They are not to go home to practice nor are you to bring a lock from home. We need access to your locker, the locks are school property. If you have any issues with your lock or locker come to the office for assistance.

Chromebook Protection Plans are available for purchase until Friday, Aug 26, 2022. The cost is $35/year and is highly recommended to save you money as well as assure yourself a high quality loaner device. (Must be purchased each year.) Seniors who decide to purchase their device will also receive a discount on the cost of the purchase at graduation. Norris Esports Team - Looking for Players!
Norris will be fielding an Esports team this year. If you are in grades 7-12 and interested in representing Norris while competing against other Nebraska schools in popular Esports games like Valorant, Rocket League, SSB, Mario Kart and LOL, we will be having an informational meeting on Wednesday, August 17th at 3:40pm in the High School Media Center.
