  • HAL - Sixth grade and Seventh Grade HAL meets during WIN Wednesday and Thursday in the library


7th 

  • HAL meets during WIN Wednesday and Thursday in the library


8th

  • HAL  meets during WIN Mondays and Tuesdays in the library

  • Lunch Book Club/Thursdays - Any 8th grader interested in a Lunch Book Club on Thursdays, First lunch, please come see Mrs. Andre in the library for a book and a sticker for your badge

            SECURITY ISSUES

  • Lost and Found - You have left some items behind.  Please check out the lost n found and claim your jackets, water bottles, etc.  Also there are valuables in the office.

  • Activity passes - If you are not playing a sport, 6th - 8th graders are eligible to purchase an Activity Pass for $30.  This pass will get you into MS & HS non-tournament games at no cost.

  • Bookmark Contest Winners: Harper Davenport 8th, Jade Whitla 6th, Shea Brewster 6th and Honorable mention to Emersyn Meyer 6th.

  • Lego Club during WIN on Friday

Classic Cafe:  BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Roasted Broccoli

Grab & Go:  Chicken Caesar Salad

Diner:  Hamburger or BBQ Rib Sandwich


Counselor Connection:

Emotional and mental health is a vital part of overall health. Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. Emotionally and mentally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness. Being healthy just means that you’re consciously aware of your emotions. You can acknowledge them, whether they’re positive or negative.

These are some ways you can improve or maintain good emotional and mental health:

  • Stop, pause, think, then react

  • Manage stress levels

  • Create balance

  • Make your physical health a priority
