“A” Day
1st day of SECOND QUARTER!!
NMS’s championship-winning Quiz Bowl team begins practice after school on Monday, October 21. Practices are from 3:30 - 4:40 and are every other Monday in Mr. K’s room (303). We’d love to have students from all three grade levels!
ESPORTS
Easton Schack (8th grader) and Alexander Korgie (7th grader) are undefeated (7-0) and ranked #1 in Nebraska in the MS Super Smash Bros League.
They will play Wayne next week. When they win, they will hold their 1 seed heading into the playoffs (Oct. 28 - Nov 14). The top 4 teams from the playoffs will head to state on November 22nd at Midland University.
Picture Re-take/Make up Day will be THIS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23RD

REMINDER! Our first meeting will be this Thursday, October 24th, from 3:45 to 5 pm, in the lunchroom. We will go over some important information, so please make every effort to be there (parents are not required to attend). If you have a parent traveling with us on the trip, they are welcome to join us at the meeting!
