TRIP INFO FOR 8TH GRADERS ONLY
Have you ever wanted to travel to Switzerland, Italy, France, Monaco and Spain? Now is your chance. The Titan Travelers group will be doing an International EF tour to the Swiss Alps and the Mediterranean Coast in July 2026 (right after your 9th grade year). There will be an informational meeting via zoom on November 7th at 6:00 PM. The trip will be led by Mrs. Huenemann, a teacher in the high school. To sign up for the meeting or if you have any questions email them to megan.huenemann@nsdtitans.org. Itinerary and meeting sign up are also available in the MS office.
Do you like to draw? Enter our Yearbook Cover Contest! This year’s theme is Disney. All Entries for Front and Back cover are due November 26, 2024 to Mr. Cullison
Do you like challenges? How about numbers, treats, and maybe scholarship money? If you say yes to any of them, consider joining Mathcounts! Practice is every Wednesday morning from 7:45-8:15am in Mrs. Patrick’s room. Chapter competition is on Saturday, February 22, 2025. If you are interested, but can’t come at this time, please talk to Mrs. Patrick.

Dungeons and Dragons club is starting up with Mr. K in his classroom (room 303 in the purple hallway) from 3:30 - 5:00 every Tuesday afternoon starting next Tuesday the 12th! Email kellen.korinek@nsdtitans.org to show your interest before next Tuesday!
Are you a terrific speller? Do you want to show everyone how many words you can crush? Sign up in the library for our first ever Spelling Bee. Word lists will be made available in November and the Spelling Bee will occur Thanksgiving Week. Winners will earn an Amazon Gift Card. All students 6-8 are eligible to participate.
