TODAY’S ACTIVITIES:
Start of Winter Sports
The Winter Esports season begins with an informational meeting and first practice on Tuesday, November 14th at 3:40pm in the High School Computer Lab. Games for the winter season are Overwatch 2 and Super Mario Kart 8. If you are interested in taking part (7th-12th grade), please attend this meeting and practice. If you have additional questions, please reach out to jason.gault@nsdtitans.org.
Do you need community service hours? There will be a Holiday shopping day for children to shop for their parents/siblings at Shepherd of the Hills Church Sat,. Dec.9. 9-12. The children can be anywhere from 3 yrs. old thru 5th graders and they need help shopping, figuring out their money and wrapping their gifts. What we most need this year are students who speak fluent Spanish!! If you have an interest, please see Mrs. Hansmeyer in the next week.
ASVAB TEST
Juniors or Seniors considering the military are encouraged to sign up to take the free ASVAB test offered at Norris.
When:November 15th @ 9:30am
How to Sign Up 2-step process: Seniors & Juniors first click here to sign up or go to your Google Classroom. Next, complete the Parent Permission form Print & return this permission form if you are not yet 18. Turn in signed permission forms to the Counseling Center

ACCUPLACER TEST
Seniors planning to attend SCC or another community college next year--consider taking the Accuplacer at Norris.
When:November 29th @ 9:30am

What you need: Bring your Chromebook fully charged on test day
Note: SCC does take ACT scores. If your ACT subject scores weren’t high enough for required placement, you’ll need to take the Accuplacer-SCC’s placement test also.
