National FFA Convention @ Indianapolis
SkillsUSA is offering CPR training after school starting today 3:30-5:00. Cost is $10 for non SkillsUSA members. Meet in w-18 at 3:30 if interested. If you can't make it let us know and we can work something out.
MANDATORY SkillsUSA November Chapter Meeting on Thursday, November 3rd during IAP.
We need every member to attend!
Volleyball State T-Shirts: If Norris wins on Saturday morning, orders will be placed immediately following the game. They will be printed on Monday, Nov. 1 and the shirts will be passed out on Tuesday, Nov. 2. If Norris does not win on Saturday morning, all orders and money will be returned. Stop by the high school office for an order form. Orders and money are to be turned into the high school office.
Football State Game: Norris will play at Waverly on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Admission: Adults-$8 and students-$6.
Volleyball District Final: Norris vs. Hastings - HOME - 11:00 a.m. - Admission-Adults $6 and students-$5 No passes

TITANS GOT TALENT - We are so excited to announce it is time for TITANS GOT TALENT! As a reminder, this is our community-wide talent show. In the past, we have featured all different kinds of acts from singing to dancing, instrumental performances to roller-blading, and so much more. If you are interested, please fill out thisGoogle Form. Only one member of your group needs to fill out the form. Please note, auditions will be on Tuesday, November 1st, from 4:00-7:00. JUNIORS & SENIORS you can sign up now for the ASVAB held at Norris on NOVEMBER 16th 8:30am-12:00pm (CLICK HERE to REGISTER) The ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude Test for the Military. Scores in Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension and Mathematics Knowledge count towards the Armed Forces Qualifying Test (AFQT) score to determine qualification to enlist in the U.S. military.

Seniors - We are offering a one-time special price for Chromebook repairs and special pricing!
Before next Thursday, November 3rd, we are offering ½ price on all repairs to your Chromebooks. (Protection plan discounts will apply as well!) We are also allowing seniors to still purchase the device protection plan from now until the 3rd. (Cost of protection plan is $35 - and will provide protection for damage/repair to your device until the end of the school year) By having a device protection plan in place when you graduate, you will receive a $20 discount towards the purchase of your Chromebook.
Previous repairs that you may still owe for are not discounted.
A lost device, stylus or charger does not qualify for the 1/2 price discount.
If you do purchase the protection plan, you will still get discounted repairs after our 1/2 price repair window closes on November 3rd.
You are still responsible for all device repairs/cost up to the point of purchasing the device or returning it back to the Norris School District.
Example:
1st time screen break is normally $10 with the plan and $50 without the plan. During this ½ price window, those repairs would be $5 and $25 respectively.
You will be able to purchase your touchscreen Chromebook for $50 at graduation if you have a protection plan in place! So now is the time to get any little repairs done ASAP! If you decide to turn your device in when you graduate, you will be responsible for any damages/repairs at that time. So now is the time to get the protection plan and take advantage of the ½ price repair window. Stop in the HS office to take out the protection plan. If you have repairs that need done, stop by the tech office. (Located across from the high school office next to the auditorium entrance.)
