NORRIS HIGH SCHOOL DAILY BULLETIN - November 8, 2022

   

TODAY’S ACTIVITIES:

EMC Choir Festival @ Blair

 

Winter Semi-Formal:  Join us this Friday, November 11 for the Almost-Winter Dance. The dance is 8-11 pm in the South gym. Outside date forms are located in the office and must be complete by Wednesday, November 9 at 3:30 pm. Forms must be signed by your date, their school principal and a parent/guardian.  Tickets will be available for purchase for $10 per person the week prior to the dance in the Concession Stand, all 4 lunch periods. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door for $15 per person. 

 

The Titan Travelers will be making a trip to Greece and Italy in July 2024. Want to learn more about this awesome opportunity and how to join in the fun? There will be an informational meeting in the High School Library on Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00 PM. Can't make the meeting? No problem, see Ms. Gratopp or Mrs. Huenemann for more information. 

 

Track & Field:  There will be a meeting on Wednesday, November 9 during IAP in the north gym for anyone planning to participate in Track and Field this spring. 

 

NLI Signing - Wednesday, November 9 - 7:45 a.m. in the auditorium - Any senior that plans to sign with a college and wants to be a part of the signing ceremony - please see Dr. Stine.

JUNIORS & SENIORS you can sign up now for the ASVAB held at Norris on NOVEMBER 16th 8:30am-12:00pm (CLICK HERE to REGISTER)  The ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude Test for the Military. Scores in Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension and Mathematics Knowledge count towards the Armed Forces Qualifying Test (AFQT) score to determine qualification to enlist in the U.S. military.
