Ron Kellogg III visits Norris for Winter pep rally!
Friday, Norris High School students were surprised at their winter sports rally with a visit from NU Husker football quarterback Ron Kellogg III. A walk on team member from Omaha Westside High School, Kellogg has been praised recently for his 49-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass to redshirt freshman Jordan Westerkamp at the end of regulation. It is believed to be the first game-winning Hail Mary touchdown pass in Nebraska history and finished the game 7-of-13 for 104 yards and one touchdown.
Kellogg is a member of the Brook Berringer Citizenship Team (2012, 2013) and Nebraska Student-Athlete HERO Leadership Award (2012)
Norris Student Council members Jacob Lambert, Makayla Doolittle and Christina Stai, joined by the rest of the Student Council, put on the a thanks and congrats to fall sports members and a game for winter sports members. The Titan Band played and the cheerleaders performed. Norris High School is ready for a great start to the winter season!
