October 20, 2016 marked Norris Elementary’s observance of fire safety day.  We had our local, rural fire departments here to teach us about their trucks, medical equipment, and fire gear. We also had a visit from the “smoke house” which simulates a kitchen and bedroom filling with smoke, and we learned how to evacuate safely.  StarCare was able to land in the afternoon to share more with the students. Thanks to all of the volunteers for teaching us!
