Norris High School celebrated Homecoming for the 50th time this week and it concluded tonight with the dance. At our rally today, we crowned our court, had guest judge Jim Craig as our guest judge for our lip sync contest, enjoyed a cheer from Board President Patty Bentzinger and did a shout out to the first superintendent of Norris Public Schools, Wes Shepard. We had lunch (prepared by our food service personnel), listened and watched the band performance, played a few games, had a tug-o-war (freshmen won!), and enjoyed celebrating Homecoming 2014. We won the football game on a last second field goal AND.....the SENIORS won the week-long competition.
