I am entering my eighth year at Norris High School after teaching at Glendale High School in Springfield, MO. At Glendale, I taught math for 12 years and was an assistant coach for the girls’ basketball team. I also served as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Huddle Coach during my last six years. I currently help with the Norris High School FCA.

Prior to teaching, I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics Education from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in Springfield. During my undergraduate degree, I was also a member of the women's basketball team.

I live south of Firth with my husband, Chris, who is a farmer. I am a huge sports fan! I also enjoy exercising, reading, playing the trumpet, going to KC Royals games, traveling with my husband, and spending time with family and friends.
