Greetings!  My name is Jill Behrends and I am the Elementary School Counselor.  I began teaching at Norris in 2016.  Previously I worked with ESU #6 for 8 years.   I did my undergraduate work at UNL in Psychology and my graduate work in the School Psychology department, also at UNL.   I love that my job allows me to work with students, teachers, and families across the district.   

I grew up in Crete, Nebraska and now live on a farm North of Cortland with my husband Cody and our three children. We enjoy swimming, golfing, and tractor pulling as a family.  We are blessed to have most of our family living close by and we spend much of our time with all of them.  We have nine nieces and nephews that we adore and love having all the cousins together to play!
